About Dr. Jones:
Dr. Jones is a cardiologist specializing in preventive, general, and interventional cardiology for adult patients. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Abilene Christian University before receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas.
Dr. Jones completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease through Texas A&M at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. He further advanced his training by completing an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship through Baylor College of Medicine at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Jones is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Adult Echocardiography. He is board eligible in Interventional Cardiology and has achieved Level II certification in Cardiac CT Angiography Training. In addition, he has completed specialized training in the GORE® CARDIOFORM Septal Occluder Devices Program.
