Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking a FT Sonographer to perform echocardiograms with the following credentials, experience and skills:
- Current registration as Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Registered Cardiac Sonographer through Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Cardiology experience, preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
- BLS certification
FT Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking a FT Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
The technologist will schedule and perform nuclear stress testing and other duties as assigned to facilitate care as needed throughout the clinic to maintain effective and efficient operations. The successful candidate will possess the following credentials, experience and skills:
- Certification through Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board as Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Current licensure thru the State of Texas
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
- Cardiology experience, preferred
FT Medical Scribe Technologist
Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking a FT Medical Scribe.
Accompanies cardiologist into exam room to transcribe details of the patient visit into the electronic health record to facilitate patient flow and generate an accurate and complete medical record for the patient.
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal skills, language skills, computer skills and reasoning ability
- Medical scribe experience, preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, diagnostic procedures, pharmacology and medical terminology
- Electronic health record experience preferred
FT Cardiac Device Technician / Nurse
Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking a FT Cardiac Device Technician / Nurse.
This position will provide quality care in collaboration with Waco Cardiology Associates cardiologists and staff in providing cardiac rhythm device therapy services to patients. Will perform other duties to facilitate care as needed throughout the clinic to maintain effective and efficient operations.
- Pacemaker / Device clinic experience
- Excellent interpersonal, clinical and communication skills
- ACLS certification; and,
- IBHRE certification
FT Front Office Technician
Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking a Front Office Technician.
The successful applicant will possess excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills, medical terminology and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
At least one year experience in the medical field is required.
Must be people-oriented and able to accept personal responsibility for the promotion of teamwork, professional conduct, respectful and effective communication, organization commitment and excellent work habits, attendance and appearance.
Part-time Eligibility / Referral Specialist
Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking an Eligibility / Referral Specialist.
This is a part-time position in a large medical practice. Must have one year of experience with medical insurance referrals and authorizations (radiology, testing, surgical procedures), excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the medical insurance industry.
