Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking a PT Medical Records Technician.

Job Description: Responsible for prepping charts; maintaining, incorporating and accurately accounting for all medical records information on each individual patient.

Equipment Used: Computer, Scanner, Telephone, Copy Machine and other various office machines.

One year of medical office experience preferred.

FULL-TIME CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANTS

Waco Cardiology Associates is seeking several full-time Certified Medical Assistants to provide quality patient care within scope of training and experience under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Medical Assistants performs non-patient care functions to facilitate care as needed throughout the clinic to maintain effective and efficient operations and prioritizes patient flow.

Position requirements:

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. Knowledge of medical terminology
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Medical Assistant Certification

FULL-TIME ECHO TECHNOLOGIST

PART-TIME VASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST

PART-TIME ECHO TECHNOLOGIST

Waco Cardiology Associates is currently seeking a FT Echo Tech and PRN Echo Tech to perform echocardiograms and a PRN Vascular Tech to perform vascular studies, with the following credentials, experience and skills:

– ECHO Tech must have current registration as Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Registered Cardiac Sonographer through Cardiovascular Credentialing International

– VASCULAR Tech must have current registration as Registered Vascular Technologist through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Registered Vascular Specialist through Cardiovascular Credentialing International

– Cardiology experience is preferred

– Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills

– BLS certification

FULL-TIME PATIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Waco Cardiology Associates has a Medical Billing position available.

This is a full-time position in a large medical practice. Must have one year of experience with authorizations, referrals, payments, remittance advice, charge posting, claims follow-up, accurate data entry and familiarity with CPT/ICD/CCI.
