FT Front Office Tech

Front Office Techs must have excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills, medical terminology, and multi-line phone system experience.

Must be people-oriented and able to accept personal responsibility for the promotion of teamwork, professional conduct, respectful and effective communication, organization commitment and good work habits, attendance and appearance.

Job Type:

Full-time

Required experience: 

One year of medical office experience

 

FT PATIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Patient Account Representative must be proficient in charge posting, office payments and authorizations. Must have two years of experience in billing.

Required experience:

  • Medical Office Billing Experience: 2 year

PT VASCULAR TECH

PT Vascular Tech to perform vascular studies with the following credentials, experience and skills:

– Current registration as Registered Vascular Technologist through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Registered Vascular Specialist through Cardiovascular Credentialing International.

– Cardiovascular experience is preferred.

– Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.

– BLS certification.

FT PACEMAKER CLINIC NURSE / TECH

Provides quality care in collaboration with Waco Cardiology Associates cardiologists and staff in providing cardiac rhythm device therapy services to patients. Performs other duties to facilitate care as needed throughout the clinic to maintain effective and efficient operations.

Required: Pacemaker / Device clinic experience; excellent interpersonal, clinical and communication skills; and ACLS certification.

Preferred: IBHRE certification.

FT MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Certified Medical Assistant will provide quality patient care within scope of training and experience under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Medical Assistants performs non-patient care functions to facilitate care as needed throughout the clinic to maintain effective and efficient operations and prioritizes patient flow.

Position requirements:

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. Knowledge of medical terminology
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Medical Assistant Certification
